This privacy policy describes how the Price in SOL mobile app (the “App”), published by Milysec Pty Ltd, handles your information.

Summary

• We do not collect, store, or sell any personal information.
• We do not require an account.
• We do not use analytics, ads, or trackers.
• Photos you take in the App are processed for one purpose only — reading the dollar price visible in the frame — and are not retained.

What the App does

The App lets you point your phone’s camera at a price displayed in US dollars and converts it to its current value in SOL (the native token of the Solana blockchain) and lamports (the smallest SOL denomination).

Information processed

Camera

The App requests permission to use your device’s camera so you can capture an image of a price. Camera access is used only while you have the App open and only when you actively tap Scan price. The App does not record video, does not run continuous recognition, and does not access your photo library.

Captured images

When you tap Scan price, the App:

1. Captures a single still frame from the camera.
2. Resizes and compresses that frame on your device.
3. Sends it to OCR.space (ocr.space) — a third-party optical character recognition service — over HTTPS, to extract any text in the image.

The image is sent only for this one-time recognition. The App does not save the image to your device, your iCloud, or any server controlled by us. OCR.space’s handling of submitted images is governed by their own privacy policy: ocr.space/privacypolicy.

SOL price

The App fetches the current SOL/USD price from CoinGecko (coingecko.com) over HTTPS, with no information about you attached. CoinGecko’s privacy policy: coingecko.com/en/privacy.

Information we do NOT collect

• No name, email, phone number, account, or device identifier.
• No location.
• No contacts, calendar, microphone, or photo library access.
• No advertising identifier.
• No usage analytics.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
